About Our Manufacturing Process
Each Homelamplify LED wall lamp goes through six tightly controlled production phases. Our quality is engineered, inspected and tested in the lab before leaving the factory.

From a technical drawing to a finished luminaire on your wall, every Homelamplify LED light travels a tightly controlled production journey. Six disciplined stages — engineering, sourcing, assembly, optics, testing and packing — guard the quality we promise in every order.
Quality is not an accident. It is engineered at the drawing board, controlled on the line, and verified in the lab before anything leaves the factory. Below is how a single LED wall lamp moves through our workshop — and the checks it must pass at each step.
01 Design & Engineering

Every product begins with a requirement, not a sketch. Our engineers translate target brightness, colour temperature, beam angle and heat budget into a workable design using 3D modelling, optical simulation and thermal analysis.
- Optical design to achieve the specified luminous flux, CCT and CRI.
- Thermal simulation so the driver and LEDs stay within safe operating limits.
- Structural design for mechanical strength, wiring and ease of installation.
- Prototyping and iterative review before the design is frozen for production.
02 Component Sourcing & Verification

A luminaire is only as good as its components. We source LED chips, drivers, PCB boards, thermal pads and machined metal housings from qualified, audited suppliers — then verify every batch at the door.
- LED chips binned for consistent colour temperature and brightness.
- Incoming inspection of dimensions, markings and electrical parameters.
- Only RoHS-compliant materials enter our production floor.
03 PCB Assembly (SMT)

The electronic heart of the lamp is built on our SMT line. Solder paste is printed with precision, components are placed by automated pick-and-place machines, and boards pass through a carefully profiled reflow oven.
- Automated placement ensures repeatable, high-accuracy mounting.
- Reflow temperature profiling prevents cold joints and over-heating.
- Automated optical inspection (AOI) catches defects before they move on.
04 Assembly & Optics

Skilled technicians join the light engine, lens, housing and wiring in a clean, static-controlled environment. Every joint, seal and screw is fixed to a written standard so the finished lamp is solid, safe and drip-resistant where required.
- Thermal interface material applied for efficient heat transfer.
- Lens and diffuser fitted to achieve the designed beam and even light distribution.
- Housing sealed and torqued to specification for IP-rated models.
05 Quality Testing & Verification

Nothing ships untested. Each lamp is measured in our quality lab — luminous flux, colour temperature, colour rendering and power draw must match the declared specification. Electrical safety and EMC checks confirm CE / RoHS readiness.
- Photometric measurement in an integrating sphere.
- Electrical safety, insulation and power factor verification.
- Ageing / burn-in test under rated power to expose early failures.
- Final functional inspection before the unit is approved to pack.
06 Packaging & Shipping

The final stage protects the work of every previous one. Approved lamps are packed with secure inserts, labelled with the correct product and certification information, and palletised for safe transit to your door.
- Foam or cardboard inserts cushion the luminaire in transit.
- Accurate carton labelling with model, spec and certification marks.
- Careful palletising and logistics tracking for on-time delivery.
Quality is not a final check. It is a habit built into every step of the process.
From the first CAD model to the sealed carton, each stage is documented, inspected and traceable. That is what lets us stand confidently behind every luminaire we ship — and why customers around the world come back for more.
